On our way to Iowa today. It’s hotter than hell, somewhere close to 100 degrees, and just a few wimpy clouds sizzle in the sky as they are cooked away by the sun. Driving through Nebraska, we sweat with the windows down, letting the hot wind roar through the car and our tangled hair.
